Here is a little something someone sent me that is indisputable mathematical
logic. It also made me Laugh Out Loud.

This is a strictly mathematical viewpoint... it goes like this:

What Makes 100%? What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about
those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to
those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%. How about
achieving 103%? What makes up 100% in life?Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these

Fingerprint Time Attendance for Childcare Centers and Kindergartens

Couple of new projects in development which are for childcare centers and kindergartens. By adapting to fingerprint technology for kids time attendance, the centers are now able to automate the time attendance for MCYS and MOE reporting and also accurately charge parents for any additional overtime.

Attached photo shows that our fingerprint reader is able to work with kids' fingers from as young as 1 year old. Using the thumb will be able to provide enough fingerprint characteristics or Minutia to differentiate uniquely.

Pokka Singapore - another installation reference

One of our fingerprint readers installation this week for time attendance and access control is at Pokka Singapore, yes, yes the drinks company that bring us famous Green Tea and Ice Lemon Tea.

The FS20 fingerprint readers are used for management offices access and time attendance for their staff. Due to the need to track IN an OUT times, the main door has two readers one for entry and the out for exit. Now without your fingers you cannot go in Pokka office and get out when the day's work is done.

Guess who is with Pokka now.... Remember Irin Gan from Mediacorp, well she is now with the marketing group. This lady still have the looks and the elegance, let's support and drink more Pokka drinks...........

Fingerprint Controlled Cabinets

Some of us have many keys to carry, house keys, office keys, cabinets keys but things will change soon because we can implement fingerprint controlled cabinets now. An example is the demo unit shown here, a person just need to register which cabinet belongs to him then he can open the door simply by putting his finger on the fingerprint reader.

So, your fingers are now very important because they have become the keys to everything now.

Challenger POS with Fingerprint, Fingerprint Time Attendance

This week I am going to blog about a project that we worked with Challenger Store on the integration of fingerprint technology to their POS (Point Of Sales), staff time attendance system and store room access. Challenger since 2007 has used the fingerprint for cashier logon on the POS and also supervisor over-ride on any error or correction on the POS transaction. The cashier and supervior must present their fingers on the scanner in order to logon and override transaction replacing the use of user ID and passwords. This remove the possibility of fraud in approving illegal transactions.

With the use of internet based Time Attendance systems for all Challenger's outlet, they are now able to get live reports on Staff attendance realtime. The HQ in Funan will be able to know which staff and function at each outlet is absent at 11am each day and thus able to re-deploy staff from other outlets.
